| hi everybody, I need a suggestion , i weigh approximately 53kgs, whereas my ideal weight should be around 47 kgs. do i need to go on a diet? how to get rid of tummy fat? i dont have any tyres or anything on my back but when i wear skin tight dresses, my tummy becomes prominent even from the dress. This has been a serious problem from long time. Hope you gals, help me out with this. thanks in advance, Sravanthi. |

| Hi Ilites, All the best for my pals in noble mission of tummy reduction. I am also one among you. I saw the link given by kavta. I second you Kavta. I had already tried this one and it worked well. I could see the changes myself.. Jus highlighting from Kavta's link! "Start- Begin by laying on your back. Place your hands wherever they are comfortable. Lift your legs straight into the air. Go For It- Very slowly begin to lower your legs so that they are almost touching the ground. Pause for one second and begin to lift back to start". (if you dont want to spend separate time for exercise)Try this!!!!!!!!! My mom's tips: You can walk in your toes keeping your breath in (in tamil "vayitha ekkitu nuni kaalil nadakanum") for few seconds whenever you can. Try this whenever you walk inside home like in kitchen, as you walk to the fridge or stove, or in hall . Its fun and moreover it stiffens ur lower stomach muscles. Cheers, Tweety
