tips to reduce thighs

    hey ppl , how to reduce thighs in a period of a month???? i badly want to .... pl suggest some ways .... :idea

    hi..
    lie down on side ways and stretch your one leg up 50 times. Do on the other side too. definitely you can reduce your thigh. This is my own experience.

    the best way is to reduce tummy is "bend down "exercise. Stand straight and touch your feat for atleast 50 times/ day. Let your legs be straight, down bend forward. It would be hard for few days but later you will get practice. Just increase counting day by day. I am sure you will reduce in two weeks. This is also my own experience.

    Hi Everyone,

    here everybody wants to reduce their weight. So lets join together. Iv 25 exercise which is the best to reduce weight. If you like to join with me, i can post it. I increased lots of weigh after my marriage and i started doing it now. I have reduced 4 kgs within 2weeks. What do you say girls?

    Hi vani..

    Though there is no many replies, i can post exercise because of your interest. Lets ladies can join as they find this thread. But these exercise are really benefit-able. I have given the yoga name (in bold) for some exercises, so you can refer the pose.

    All the exercise should do 50 counts. Can relax in between exercise as long as we need. Apprx. all the exercise takes 1 1/2 hr to finish.

    STANDING POSITION- PLEASE STAND STRAIGHT AND DO THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES

    1. For hands- Urdhva Hastasana - hands up and join yr hands as Namakara positon.
    2. For stomach - bend down, touch your feet, do not bend your knee forward.
    3. For hip - hands up, bend on sides (on both the sides).
    4. For hands - Keep your hand in 45 degree straight (on sides), and swing hands on both the sides.
    5. For hip - stand near the wall and move your hips on side ways. With your left hand, touch the right side wall and do so other side. Don't move.
    6. For thighs and butt - Utkatasna - hands up, bend the knees and sit as if you are sitting on chair.
    7. For thighs - Stretch your legs on sides, keep your hands on your thighs, bend the kness.
    8. For hip - trikonasana - Stretch your legs on sides,bend right side, keep right hand on the right leg and stretch your left hand up. Do on the other side.
