Dear ladies, its being ong since i had any post but this time i am tempted coz i have some amazing things to share.
Walking is an excellent exercise which gives u instant results and if combined with 10-15 minutesog jogging in between gives u the WORLD'S BEST WORK-OUT which can give u very good results in short span. Try slowly and increse the intensity every week gradualy not drastically.
Now that u have reduced fat in certian areas go for yoga and pilates which will give u dream shape yes truely pilates works wonders, but takes a lil time to come to perfect posture. It readily tones areas around hips,thighs, waist area into beautiful body do this for a month and post the change in you
U can follow the simple plan:
diet 1200 calorie regular diet with a grape fruit, and apple, any other seasonal fruit which will ideally come up to 1500 calories which is the RMR(Resting metabolic rate of most of women) U can calculat by formula i will post later
3 times a week walk jog combo for 1 hour, 3 dayz a week pilates( half hour )with walking for half hour both these reduce and tone your body without stretch marks and ugly app. of skin grape fruit a day and around 4 lts of water will reduce cellulite alot
try and give me the feed back

hi gauri.. thanks for the valuable comments.. I am 94kgs, 5.4 in height.. 23 years old.. can i follow the 1200 calorie diet which i got frm a website

Early Morning:

1 glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon added to it.
Morning breakfast:

Any one or two of the following items.
  • 1 cup of milk without sugar or 1 cup of tea or coffee with a little milk. (Use saccharin as a substitue for sugar)
  • One small fruit
  • A slice of bread, one egg
Mid-day Meal:
  • Take any vegetable soup before commencing the meal (green leaf soup)
  • Non-vegetarians can take a soup of their liking; but flour should not be used for preparing any soup.
  • Chew properly 4 or 5 tomatoes or 2 or 3 medium-sized cucumbers.
  • A slice of bread or 2 small chapatis
  • One small bowl of vegetable
  • One small bowl of moong or any other similar cereal.
  • Non-vegetarians can take some meat(without fat) or a fish.
Afternoon tea/early evening:

As per morning breakfast
Supper:

As per the mid-day meal with rice or khichari as a substitute for bread or chapatis.

wow! thats the wonderful diet mubeen,if u follow that diet regularly u can reduce ur weight drastically

walking,jogging,running these are best workouts to reduce weightTry it out.

iam using .thread mill and iam covering 400m daily and abdomen excercise 50 in counts,within one month i have reduced 3kgs

Before 78 and now 75 <<<<<<<<<<<<<

Dear Mubeen and gopinath,

Thanks for the details , i am also trying to loose weight. i have been doing some situps followed by gym session 5 days a week. i try to burn somwwhere around 250 cal on an avg a week.

I am also following a strict diet which is between 1200 - 1400 kcal. i am taking lot of salads and 2 fruits a day. but my problem is i have reached a plateau stage, so i am also planning to take steam bath .

Can u get me the details regd steam bath(duration and the temp) etc.since i haven't gone for steam bath before.

hi vaidehi,

I take steam bath in gym after my workout twice a week for 10 mins each session... temp would be around 45 degree.. its helps u to sweat a lot! u can try in some gud gyms.. for me per session cost 100rs...

Hi Mubeen,
As per your diet table, Breakfast is very less I think.Please check with some dietician before following this, Dear. You will become weak with just one cup of milk or tea in the morning.Include cereals or any other protein item too along with Bread.Breakfast should be slighltly more.You can reduce slowly.
