| hi gauri.. thanks for the valuable comments.. I am 94kgs, 5.4 in height.. 23 years old.. can i follow the 1200 calorie diet which i got frm a website Early Morning: 1 glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon added to it. Morning breakfast: Any one or two of the following items.
As per morning breakfast Supper: As per the mid-day meal with rice or khichari as a substitute for bread or chapatis. Please let me know dear.... |

| wow! thats the wonderful diet mubeen,if u follow that diet regularly u can reduce ur weight drastically walking,jogging,running these are best workouts to reduce weightTry it out. iam using .thread mill and iam covering 400m daily and abdomen excercise 50 in counts,within one month i have reduced 3kgs Before 78 and now 75 <<<<<<<<<<<<< Cheers Gopinath |

| Dear Mubeen and gopinath, Thanks for the details , i am also trying to loose weight. i have been doing some situps followed by gym session 5 days a week. i try to burn somwwhere around 250 cal on an avg a week. I am also following a strict diet which is between 1200 - 1400 kcal. i am taking lot of salads and 2 fruits a day. but my problem is i have reached a plateau stage, so i am also planning to take steam bath . Can u get me the details regd steam bath(duration and the temp) etc.since i haven't gone for steam bath before. Cheers vaidehi |

| hi vaidehi, I take steam bath in gym after my workout twice a week for 10 mins each session... temp would be around 45 degree.. its helps u to sweat a lot! u can try in some gud gyms.. for me per session cost 100rs... |

| Hi Mubeen, As per your diet table, Breakfast is very less I think.Please check with some dietician before following this, Dear. You will become weak with just one cup of milk or tea in the morning.Include cereals or any other protein item too along with Bread.Breakfast should be slighltly more.You can reduce slowly. Sreshta |
