Very apt topic for discussion.According to me yoga is for mental health.I think regular work out,walking may help to some extent.Am i right??????

Whatever it may be....i feel we shld do that continuosly..........for effective result.........no use in doing once in a while or doing very severely for a month or a week and stop doing it........

Question Bollywood Dance fitness!

Hi ,

Is anybody here is going to bollywood dance schools!

I heard they hv tis fitness sessions also!

Is it really helpful in reducing wt?

Yoga is very useful to increase physical and mental strength,

Regular workouts in gym makes us physiccally fit.....we can increase r decrease body wt

Regular workouts in aerobics makes us flexible and fit.>....

I do gym and aerobics monday - saturday, and i feel great differnce in me... aerobics is really good...

hi gopinath.. i am a member of B-fit gym in triplicane.. every day we have aerobic session for 1 hr... i do treadmill for 10 mins, it helps me to burn nearly 140 calories.. also workout on other machines.. weekly twice i take steam bath.. i follow diet... overall i am able to lose 3-4 kgs per month..
