    Improper breathing is a common cause of ill health, which most us do not know.

    Breath is the energy that can be used to find a balance between the body and the mind, conscious and unconscious. Oxygen is the most vital nutrient for a human body.

    In shallow breathing the poor supply of oxygen affects all parts of the body. Working indoors, poor physical activity, hurried life-style etc. are the added factors for the shallow breathing. As the years pass by these bad breathing habits become a way of life. It is time to reverse the condition before it is too late, resulting in permanent problems. The good news is that the condition can be reversed, for which we have to make an effort.

    The many benefits of of better breathing are -
