A weight loss success story

I would like to call it small success story because I have lost 18 kgs and still have 10 more kgs to go. My story is all about trying to make weight loss fun and easy. Its about studying myself to transform myself. And its all about loving myself no matter what.

I do have a request: Can you please consolidate all your posts into one thread and post it here and not in the blogs? I think this is only the second time I am visiting the blog section and am sure there are very few ILtes going there. I want your posts to get maximum visibility, hence this request.

A nice suggestion. One of my readers 'knot2share', suggested I start a thread and give a link to my blog. I started the thread. Let me think how I can consolidate the posts in one thread. Your suggestion is in my mind and I will definitely try to figure out a way.

Aah now i understand the reason behind the thread for "smart eating"..No doubt you are smart..To the max i would have read 3-4 blogs...that too for some compulsion..but this was the one i enjoyed reading and felt useful..I second with hat..Please keep marching and help us learn a healthy eating

wow hat thats great. I am struggling with my last 10 kgs. I will go right now and check your thread. At least with this blog I am staying committed. If anything else my reader will definitely haunt me at night if I gain back my weight :).
