    EFT is technique based on NLP(Neuro Linguistic program combined with Acu pressure).
    It is using the tip of the fingers and tapping(slowly pressing) the acu points in our body.

    Hi,
    Lavana thailam is an ayurvedic preparation. It is available as oil in a bottle. It has to be applied on the fat accumulated areas and after 20 minutes we have to apply hot water/warm water.
    In Chennai, I purchased in a shop near my house. It costs Rs.181/- per bottle.

    Can you plz mention about the amount of daliya(uncooked) in cups which could be measured as one serving? I am using the big granular one where wheat is just broken into three or four parts.

    Dear Aditi,

    Welcome to this thread. Extremely sorry for missing your post.
    You weigh less than what I started with. I am Shiva Choubey, I am 5-3" and I weighed 85 kgs.

    As a rule, I always ask people to make exercise a habit. Without it we go no where. SO this week all I want you to do is walk 45 minutes at anytime of the day. There is no rule that has a set time for walking.


    The only change that I would like to make in your diet is that you have a light dinner. You had 3 roties for dinner. Were you very hungry??? Start with going for 2 roties, combine with vegetable and salad. Have a look at what my plate look like here.

    I would have just replaced the sweet potato in the pic with roti. I eat that much veggies because they make me full.

    You know you are a lucky girl. The moment you shift to eating homemade food and less fried food your weight will start falling like anything. If its difficult to shift to 2 roties at night then this week just concentrate on walking and eating healthy and eat 3 roties.

    Steps for you.

    1. Make walking a habit.

    2. Your plate should be loaded with veggies and salad. If you associate (like me) stuffed feeling with satisfaction then that is what you should have. These days I follow my meals with slices of water melon I am stuffed to the throat.

    3. Monitor your weight. Its a must.

    4. Food diary you already are maintaining.

    You will lose weight all you have to do is shift your attitude. You have a baby, erratic work hours, work pressures so what, you will lose weight in spite of that.

    Keep me updated with your progress. Ask me any doubts. But lose weight.

    I don't want that 80 kgs in your introduction. I want you to introduce yourself soon as "Hi I am Aditi, I am 5-3" and I used to weigh 80 kg."

    Make me answer all your question but be loyal to your desire to lose weight.

    can we take eggs wen dieting?

    as omlette ?
    or as in any other form?

    i duno anything abt egg recipes....but doc adv me to take eggs.

    pls post some recipes with egg .......
