Even i had a c section.My baby is 5 and a half months old now.I had a perfect body that was an eye for envy. But the perfect body became the unperfect one after delivery...You wouldnt believe it, i gained 30 kgs!!!!!! Thanks to my cravings for black current icecreams during my pregs!!!!!!!!!
I had to fight my c section as i was determined to get back to shape. I was regular at yoga and aerobics before delivery ..have to start it up again....yes, pranayama is excellent to reduce tummy though you have to have a lot of patience.... sweet things in life are not so easy to achieve,it takes a lot of hard work but once achieved is better appreciated....
I have started on with treadmill and surprisingly have already lost 10 kgs... long way to go...:icon_frown:
If there is a will there is a way.....i work on the treadmill facing an empty wall and picturing my old me.....and ofcourse some of the side comments i get about my weight....

But dont be bothered about comments..this is just a phase of life....things will go on well later...
