i gave birth 3 months ago and have lost approx. 15 kgs. my tummy, however is really flabby and i still wish to lose 17-20 kgs. my diet includes 1 chapatti or 1 slice of brown bread with curry and loads of salad and a piece of fruit for lunch. no meat or potatoes. that's it. i wish to lose at least 10 kgs before my sister's engagement which is a month away. the only change i have to make in my diet isto switch cold water for hot water. i can tell by previous posts that it really helps. the only way one can maintain a diet is to picture what they will look like if they stick to their diet. it helps ang strengthens one's will. i've lost 5 kgs in a week. it can be really hard and frustrating initially
