Hello Shez,

That is true ,whatever u said. i have tried techniques myself, but i guess i wasnt determined. I wanted to know if anyone could let me know of some effective abdominal exercises. I am aware of a few of them, but please let me know. And as a resolution i will drink as much water as i can ,it really helps in cutting down your apetite, another tip that i had received form my friend was to eat grapes just before lunch time and it reduces your apetite.

hi,

sticking to a regular time schedule for meals is a good idea. eating in between meals, spoils the effort.

balancing the meal is very important, that is, most of the food from the vegetable group, a little lesser than that from the protein group and the least from the cereal group.

and..., watch out! you may be eating too much of cheese, butter or ghee unawares.
