I am very happy to say that I have lost 10 kgs in 3 months

with constant diet and walking. And my friends too lost weight using my diet plan. Hope this chart would be useful for you too.

1 | 5.30 – 6.00 am | Workout (Brisk Walk, Exercise) |
2 | 6.30 am | Milk/Coffee/Tea |
3 | 8.00 am | Breakfast (2 Idlies/ Uthappam with Sambar or 1 cup cornflakes /2 bread slices/ 2 Rotis with Vegetables) |
4 | 10.00 am | 1 glass Soup/ buttermilk/ fresh juices(try to avoid sugar) |
5 | 12.30 | Meals ( 1cup rice, Sambar, 1 cup vegetables, 1 cup spinach, 1 glass buttermilk) |
6 | 3.00 pm | Fruits of ur choice (Avoid banana, mango, jackfruit) Or Sundal 1 cup |
7 | 4.00 pm | Workout |
8 | 5.00 pm | Coffee or tea |
9 | 8.00 pm | Dinner (Same as breakfast) |
10 | 10.00 pm | 1 glass Milk |
Note: This chart is made for a vegetarian. U can add Non Veg food of ur choice with less cholesterol
