Smile I lost 10 kgs in 3 months!!!

Hi ILS,
I am very happy to say that I have lost 10 kgs in 3 months with constant diet and walking. And my friends too lost weight using my diet plan. Hope this chart would be useful for you too.

DIET CHART


Sno
Time
Diet Plan
1
5.30 – 6.00 am
Workout (Brisk Walk, Exercise)
2
6.30 am
Milk/Coffee/Tea
3
8.00 am
Breakfast
(2 Idlies/ Uthappam with Sambar or 1 cup cornflakes /2 bread slices/ 2 Rotis with Vegetables)
4
10.00 am
1 glass Soup/ buttermilk/ fresh juices(try to avoid sugar)
5
12.30
Meals ( 1cup rice, Sambar, 1 cup vegetables, 1 cup spinach, 1 glass buttermilk)
6
3.00 pm
Fruits of ur choice
(Avoid banana, mango, jackfruit)
Or Sundal 1 cup
7
4.00 pm
Workout
8
5.00 pm
Coffee or tea
9
8.00 pm
Dinner (Same as breakfast)

10.00 pm
1 glass Milk


Note: This chart is made for a vegetarian. U can add Non Veg food of ur choice with less cholesterol

Thanks Sudha. You can also have workouts in morning. Doctors recommend this only. But for ladies it would be difficult for us to do workouts in morning because of busy schedule. So make it out in evenings.

Hi Kirti,
Sundal is a snack made any of channa,sprouts,peas, moong dhal, corn kernels, sprouts etc or by the combinations of these., Very easy and tasty one which will be very filling. You can get the recipes in Indian recipes forum.
I used to walk for an hour every day in the evening (where speed should be increased gradually day by day)
I am not using any sugar free tablets. I use less sugar in coffee or tea.
Tea or Coffee is having its own medical qualities. So dont completely avoid them have atleast once in a day.
