i find many people who want to loose weight and there r hardly who wanna gain weight.....

anyways.......
Drink a glass of milk twice daily
--> in the morning after having break fast
--> before going to bed
include banannas in ur diet
i heard that we gain weight by eating banana jus after lunch
if u hate to drink milk then ii can give u some ayurvedic remedies which u can prepare at home but i need to refer this..
