Default Need to loose 40 kgs.HELP!!!

Can u gals give some advice on redusing weight.
I need to loose 40 kgs. Thats huge. I am 31 years and 5.4 feet.
I do half an hour walk on treadmill everyday. I know thats not enough, but busy with work all day. I work online through computer and so sitting all day makes me bigger everyday.I take food four times a day.

early morning -tea
morning - a small bowl of oats with milk.
afternoon- 2 cups of rice with curry
evening- tea with some snacks
night-2 chappatties with curry

You are eating too much carbohydrate for first thing and also you should be eating larger meals earlier in the day and less in the evening. It is also good to eat protein for breakfast. Can you please PM me your height and age and I can help you figure out level to eat in a day. I use the My Pyramid system which is optimal for health.

dear flowergirl...

just like tashidelek said... u are eating a lot of carbo..
u need to reduce ur carbo intake if you want to reduce your weight...
try to eat veggei and fruits for your dinner... it will help u..
one more thing... half and hour of exercise is not enough...
u need to do more... !!!

try to check weight loss buddy thread... there is a lot of diet plans and exercise and success stories,,,,

Good luck... DO something before it's too late !!
