To reach your ideal weight,you need to loose 10 kg, which can be done be done very easily if you full dedicate yourself to it.
Just follow these tips:
- White food (food made out of white flour/maida)
-Sugary food/drinksI(soft drinks, sweets, choclates, bisuits)
-Oily food(deep fried foods)
- Pleanty of fruits and vegetables
-Drink 2-3L of water everyday
- Practise yoga everyday (try kapalbhathi and suryanamaskar)
-If possible join the gym or workout at home (make sur you do cardio and weights)
If you lack motivation there are many groups to keep you motivated here on IL, join them and report your progress, that will also motivate other people
