I used to do it almost regularly a few months before marriage and definitely saw good results. Not to forget, some good eating habits too! Ofcourse, you can binge on some oily or deep fried food once in a while but on the whole, diet+yoga - nothing like it, I will swear by it. I have attended yoga classes by 3 different instructors and gone for a art of living class too, its wonderful how you realize that your exercise affects inner organs too. So jus do it and the right way and proper breathing techniques. Do not worry about the results, you will automatically get to see them!
