Did 20 agian today along with the regular asanas...and I am happier than usual today. I have been trying to get to do Halaasana for the last couple of years, yes years! I would just bounce back - I have tried taking support of couches, pillows and yes even friends. I was finally succesful this week.
Yoga Journal - Plow Pose
This was inspiration enough for me - I am not overweight but do have some stomach after child birth, while I am not loosing weight with yoga, I can see how much I am toning down. My tummy is almost disappearing. I know the rigourous suryanamskars are doing their job and am thankful for it.
