Did anyone lose weight by eating oats?

    Dear Blessed,

    instead of instant oats, try steel cut or traditional rolled oats- these will take more time for digestion..

    Just my thought, take oats for breakfast and brown rice for lunch, result will be quite satisfactory. Brown rice will take 5hrs to get digested and burn more calories, hope you dont mind with my suggestion :)
