| Dear banu, 6 am. 1 sp raw fenugreek with water 7 am 1 sp honey with warm water 8 am 1 cup orange juice or 1 orange fruit/ 2 cucumber 10 .30 am 1/2 kubus or 2 chappati with some salad ( tomato, onion etc.,) or 1 cup rice with keerai or kuttu, 1 tumbler butter milk 1 pm 1 cup juice, 2 cucumber one apple 4 pm 1 big bowl pop corn or 4 marie biscuts 6 pm 1 coffee or tea 8 pm 1/2 kubus with cooked veg. (without oil) 9.30 pm 1 apple or 1 orange or any other fruit including banana I used to change the time and food items often to avoid boring. But I will calculate that I will not cross 1,200 to 1,500cal. per day. Because of my back pain, I just ate and took rest for more than a year. In that period I put more weight. As I said you I could not do walking continuously for the past 4 -5 years. so that I could not reduce me weight much. Even we follow good diet, without exercise, we will not be able to reduce weight. With diet one must do atleast 30 min walking to reduce weight. I think this will help you. Can you please tell me how many times you followed GM diet? |

| Hi ladies, I lost 10kgs. in three months. first I followed diet plan by calculating calories, then GM diet and then arrived the new diet plan. and also started doing some tread mill and rope exercise. Intotal, from April 18th to 18th July I lost this much. |

| hi frnds... i lost 8kgs in 7 weeks... thru krishnamma's new diet plan... its very easy to follow without much restriction... so if u wanna loose weight without dieting u can follow that diet... sorry follow that way of eating.... |
