Earlier I used to oil & shampoo my hair twice a week. But ever since I've joined the gym, I am not able to take care of my hair. Resulting in massive hair loss. My oiling has reduced. But I end up wetting my hair everyday, due to the sweat that accumlates in them & then shampoo them once in 3-4 days. But without oil, my hair is not getting the nourishment.
I manage to oil it once on Friday (as I don't go to the gym) but I end up washing it in a matter of 3-4hrs, as we have to go out or so.
Can someone please help me????
What is your hair care routine?
PS: I hate going out of my house with oil in my head
