| I think putting weight is the easiest job in the world. I can give you many suggestions you can follow which suits you. 1. Take Milk with honey in the night. 2. Take Complan or Amul Sakti with milk every day. (If you take Complan regularly before you finish the ½ kg tin you will put weight about 2 kgs.) 3. Take Cashew nuts more. 4. Take Cream, cheese, cakes, Ice cream, Cho. 5. Take Potato in any form. (Chips, Finger fries etc.,) 6. Take fried items. 7. Take curd instead butter milk. 8. Take junk foods. 9. Keep taking some snacks in between meals. 10 You can use date syrup with milk. 11. Take more bananas. 12. Enjoy taking as much Sweet and milk product as possible. 13. Contd., |

| Hai Meera, when the whole world is trying to shed a few kilos, you seem to be a lucky gal-you need to put on weight. Like losing weight, gaining it also is very difficult, as I have seen in many thin people. I guess it is due to heredity. But you can try some thing to gain weight.But keep in mind that you should not become sick in the process. You can take whole fat milk, rather than the usual milk. Try to avoid much tea or coffee. Take fruits with much sugar like banana, mango, grapes (seedless is more sugary) etc. Cashews are good. And also til (sesame seeds) are good to gain weight. You can make laddus of these and eat them regularly. They are also good source of iron, so double benefit. Add butter to your toast or roti. Butter increases weight. But see that you do not overdo this, or you may get choleastral problem. Night time take good milk and also dates, as said by Krishnaamma. And do some work outs to feel hungry so that you could take all the good foods. But remember, taking too much energy giving food may cause some problems. So be careful of that too. |

| Hi Himsini i have the same problem and i tried some of the suggestion u were given but it didnt work for me. i began to see the bright side of this. we can eat everything without showing on our hips. insnt great? it doesnt bother me now. enjoy life with ur children. take care. Huma ![]() |

| Hi , Infact you should feel lucky that to be slim .... Dont be too bothered about the fact that you are not too fat..It's all in the game, and being fat or plump doesnt mean that you are healthy. Just do a small check : a ) Do u feel tired or worn out very soon ? b) Do u often complain of aches and joint pains ? c) Are you always in need of vitamin supplements to keep your day going ? | hi ladies, Actually if we are active and healthy then we dont want to bother more about our under weight, but if u want to put weight ,u can have DATES daily with one cup of milk will increase the wieght. regards, vaidegi. |
