Another request: always post your diet and workout schedule after you are done for the day. From my own experience I see that the will power to stay on healthy food diet goes down as evening approaches.

I leave to Alpa and others to advice you more on this.

Good start! Continue your daily posts and you will reach your goals gradually
Thank you Hat !!Sure will post once I am done for the day. Bought a couple of cucumbers for the veg salad part - raw carrots& cabbage trigger acidity in me ( I dont know if only I have this condition!!)

u take hot water/warm water..if you are sipping hot water please stop and try to take luke warm water..i hav read in one article that it will kinda damage ur oesophagus lining and also long run create gum and teeth problem..

also they say u shudnt have too much hot coffee/tea..

safest is warm water..
ur diet is without fat so it wont stick to any of ur digestive system..having warm water is good...

Dear Sankna

Welcome back. Continue your daily posts.

Dear Aniajay

Thanks for your wishes. Glad to see your posts regularly now. My wishes to you for a successful weight loss journey.

I have one advice--the same that I had given for Sankna. Post your previous day's food intake. When we start out the day, we are all ready to face the day with all tall plans. However, post afternoon, due to various reasons, the will power starts sinking fast and maybe you would start indulging yourself. This is the issue with most of us trying to lose weight. So post your diet schedule the next day.

I am posting again my no-oil, low-cal, simple yet tasty veg soup.

1 onion, sliced
3 pods of garlic
1 carrot, diced
Handful of beans, diced
Few heads of cauliflower
2 tomatoes (you can add or decrease any veg of your choice depending on your liking and availability)
1 bay leaf
1 clove

Take about 500 ml of water and add all the above ingredients and boil for 10 mins. Cool and remove bay leaf and clove. Blend all the ingredients. Warm the soup and add salt and pepper as required. Delicious soup is ready!

I would also suggest you to have warm food, warm milk, warm water as it speedens up your metabolism. Try to avoid cold foods as much as possible.

Best
Hat

Dear Alpa

Thanks for your support. We have learnt to ignore people who demotivate and demoralise us. As long as we remain focused on our goals, we shouldn't learn to ignore them.

Friends

6:30 am: 1 apple
9:30 am: 1 weetabix with apple and milk
11:30 am: 1 bowl of veg salad
2:00 pm: 2 chappatis with onion raita
5:00 pm: 2 oranges

Dear Sankna,

you can add lots of veggies to your salad, have coloured capsicums in it include spring onions if you want, if you can't have raw carrots then boil them and eat, if any veggie causes you acidity avoid it.
