thanks for your tips will include veg soup...

But hey this weekend fri nd sat dint do much of dieting..wil compensate it for another 5days..

diet 15/11/09

6 30 am: methi seeds in warm water
8.30 am: oats and moong dal porridge and apple
11 am green tea

lunch: dosa and palak subji and a fruit

evening: execise and yoga

dinner: chapathi and subji and fruits

milk before bed time...

happy dieting to all..

Dear friends

I have lost 1 kg last week and now stand at 82 kg. Looks like mine will be a slow and steady weight loss, but am very happy though.

Yesterday's food:

6:00 am: Fenugreek with water
6:30 am: 1 apple
9:00 am: 1 weetabix with dates and milk
11:30 am: 1 apple
2:00 pm: 2 tbsp of veg pulav and 1 tbsp of curd rice. Accompaniments were bitter gourd curry, onion raita and leftover mushroom curry
6:00 pm: 1 bowl of veg salad
8:00 pm: 1 glass of milk

Today's workout: Same as earlier.

Hi,

I am starting weight loss in 2 days. It means that there will be 45 days for 31st december. I want to start the next year atleast 7 kgs lighter. I am 27 and I weigh 70 kgs , my height is 163 cm.

Anyone interested in joining me as a weightloss buddy ??

Kindly refrain from using negative tones and language, do not de motivate the member here and tell me what is controlled diet... all these ladies here are not on a diet and they are not on a diet they are eating healthy and exercising, so read the posts first before you start to comment.

Do not hurt my friends here on IL especially on these forum.

Moderator kindly refrain such members, i do not like it when they start hurting and demoralising my friends here.

Dhivya you need to apologize to all here in this forum.

Dear agnes and priya14,

Welcome. post your diet plan and exercise here and also remember that so not try yo loose weight all at once, take one step at a time you need to exercise and also you need to be focused. Also you have to be patient with your self. loose weight slowly. so be patient and start to drink at least 2 litres of hot water.

i know i am mismatch in this forum. But thought if somebody cud give me ideas. All my attempts to put on weight go in vain. I was at 55 for the last 18 years. I take lots of ghee and sweets very often. Take only curds and no buttermilk. I am never able to put on weight. Probably becos of gene!!!

any ideas please?

Thanks for the feedback Alpa. Will sure take them into consideration . I was bit held up for the past couple of days though I did not eat in excess I missed the exercise part. Will start afresh now. Thanks again !!
