Dear friends
I have lost 1 kg last week and now stand at 82 kg. Looks like mine will be a slow and steady weight loss, but am very happy though.
Yesterday's food:
6:00 am: Fenugreek with water
6:30 am: 1 apple
9:00 am: 1 weetabix with dates and milk
11:30 am: 1 apple
2:00 pm: 2 tbsp of veg pulav and 1 tbsp of curd rice. Accompaniments were bitter gourd curry, onion raita and leftover mushroom curry
6:00 pm: 1 bowl of veg salad
8:00 pm: 1 glass of milk
Today's workout: Same as earlier.
