I wonder why this 'sounds stupid' to you, but I have been following this diet for more than 3 months now and it has worked wonders. I still get to eat my fav foods, I have never given them up completely.

I urge you to read this thread thoroughly before leaping to conclusions. And even if you can't motivate our fellow members, I request you not to discourage them in any way.

Yesterday's food:

6:00 am: Fenugreek with water
6:30 am: 1 apple
9:30 am: 1 weetabix with milk and dates
12:00 pm: 1 apple
2:00 pm: 2 chappatis and 1 cup dal
6:00 pm: 1 bowl of salad
8:00 pm: 1 glass of milk

Today's workout: Will be doing in a couple of hours.

This is place where you believe in yourself and on what you are doing. If you think we all are stupid..please stop posting your statements here. everyone has their own feelings and opinions. But Please don't discourage people over here.

This THREAD is to ONLY and ONLY to people who would like to SHRED AND SHARE their weight loss journey.


Please stay away if you don't fall into this category. And also one more advise to you, before you say something always make sure to think twice on what you say.

8:40 - Honey lemon with hot water
9:30 - cereal with skim milk
11:00 - green tea
12:40 - 1:40 : GYM(30 mins of Cardio,10 mins of streches)
2:15 - Cooked Moong with cracked wheat and cucumber
3:30 - Green tea
4:00 - HOT WATER
4:30 - handful of white grapes
5:45 - 7:00 HOT HATHA YOGA
8:00 - HOT WATER
9:00 - Veggie soup with 1 small pulkha
9:30 - HOT WATER
10:30 - HOT WATER

Deal Alpa n Friends,

Thanks for addressing my issues.The thing is that i am trying to loose the weight that I had from before.I have lost all my pregnancy weight and am infact 3 pounds lighter.But still accrding to my BMI i need to loose about 20 pounds and need help with that.

I shall start posting my diet from tomm and as Alpa said would try to do aleast 30 min of exercise everyday.

6:30 pm: 1 bowl of rasam
8:30 pm: 1 glass of milk

Today's workout: Same as yesterday
