Hi,all!!!

I am a new member here.
Actually, the main reason I joined this site is to find some sort of guidance for my own weight loss.
I am 5 ft tall and weigh 69kgs.
I have started dieting, and I am on my 3rd week now, I started on 70.5 kgs, which means, I have lost around 1.5kgs in 2 weeks.
I have not been doing much physical activities, I go for walking around 3 times a week, but that too light walking. I need to reach my ideal weight of 50 kgs.
I have an important event coming up and I am hoping if I could reach around 63 kgs first by 31st of Jan 09.
I would be happy to be a part of all of you here who are determined to lose weight.
