Home remedies for weight loss DIET HARD!

    Hello friends :)

    Increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods. Avoid intake of too much salt as it may be a factor for increasing body weight. Excess of milk products like cheese, butter, etc, and non-vegetarian foods should be avoided. A chutney of green mint with some simple spices can be taken with meals. Mint tea also helps. Spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, etc are good for losing weight. Regular intake of carrot juice. Avoid rice and potato, which contain a lot of carbohydrates. Among cereals wheat is good. Vegetables like bitter gourd (karela) and bitter variety of drumstick are useful in losing weight. Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilises the extra deposited fat in the body, allowing it to be utilised as energy for normal functions.

    Great tips..Thank you..

    Few more from my side:

    1) Have Green Tea

    2)Oats as Breakfast

    3)Interested in having noodles..dont go for instant noodles..as they contain 20 gms of fat..So,try to search for low fat nodles..

    4)Eat Soya Products.. like beans,cheese,crisps etc..lot of Proteins

    5)Always remember to check the back side of the pack whatever you buy to see about the nutritional value,calories,Proteins,fat etc..so that Your food intake will be in control and knwon to you..

    6)No need to shuuting your mouth for sweets or other things..If your heart goes for them..Have them once in a while but in a little quantity ..so that you need not to carve for themm..

    7)IF you dont long Brown rice..you can also get 1% fat per 100 gms long grain white rice..It tastes like a normal rice and also yummy...

    8)Try to eat all Dark green and colourful veggies..

    9)Eat atleast 5 almonds in th morning..these tiny nuts contin lot of nutritions..

    10) Nowadays we can get almost all products with low calories varieties ..so try to switch on for thm whenevr you see them..

    11)whenevr you want to have luch try to have more proportions of colourful things like salads more in quantity and the other rice or Pasta or macoroni whatever it is in less quantity..

    12) When you are at work PLace..so try to avoid lots of carbo in lunch as it increasesblood sugar level and induces sleep..so try to aad chicken,salmon etc to your macoroni..

    Taste everyhting..but don´t get addicted to anyhting..My Policy.
