| Hey I am glad to be a member of this site. i am an obese person.I don't look fat from top to bottom.My hands,legs are thin.My face looks small.but wen it comes to my thighs n buttocks, Oh my god! i really feel very bad.most of the people say me, u don't look fat ,but only that part of urs is bad.so jst try working on that part. some people say, its easy for people to loose weight and get in to shape if they r same frm top to bottom.Is it really hard for me to get into shape?????? I really want to become thin.sometimes i am very depressed bcz of this. Pls help me....... thanku bye ![]() |

| dear rupa, some body weight is due to genetic factors and no amount of depressing is going to help...but a perseverance into diet and excercise will defenitely give result...try some yoga postures they help u all over..and cycling go around the block in the morning u will feel better...even pills does these things putting on weight around the middle....hope been of help...regards sunkan.. live like no tomorrow |

| Dear Rupa, Nothing is easy until you finish it. Till you start you find it very hard and when you start seeing the results, you'll feel ' only this much,, had I done it earlier????' You can do sit ups and stomach crunches. First what you do is to start drinking juice of half the lime with a cup of warm water, first thing in the morning. After that, do some exercises meant for the thighs and the back area. Start jogging or skipping. You'll start losing weight from the bottoms but will take a longtime for the full result. You have to have the patience to do it. In the yoga for you thread , look out forthe exercises you can do and do them regularly. You'll start seeing the results soon. When you do the exercises you'll fill out normally and lose the extra ones. Latha |

| Thanku once again for ur suggestions.Definetely i will follow them. Right now i am doin treadmill for 1/2 hr.Does it really help to lose fat frm bottom part? |

| Hi Rupa, Was following your queries regarding the shapeless lower parts...Dont worry .. even i had the same exact issue as urs. What i tried was: 1) Walk for 30 mins or atleast 20 mins - u shud sweat. 2) Reduce the salt intake in your food... , but if u feel dizzy or tired due to low salt take glucose a glass - not more. 3) Avoid Potatoes totally, cut Rice intake in the night. 4) Drink 6 to 8 glassess of water ( hot Water) every day. Trust me , i tried it just a couple of weeks back.I was 63 Kgs with thighs and back portion bigger than my hands and legs... Now i'm 55kgs...My back portion and thighs have reduced lott.. i can feel easy now.. Hope this helps.... Best Regards, Aishu Every Relationship has an expiry date |

| i doesnt wht to loose my weight but i wanted to reduce my hips(back).now a days i am getting stomach.can any 1 tell me the excersie for stomach & hips tht can b done at home.
