hey i have just posted an article on how to be in shape without going to gym .. do follow that .. believe me i was quite plump but now reduced .. only thing you really need is a routine to do exercise and the committment and the goal to reach say some months... there is no need to work very hard simple exercises like i mentioned including basic yoga postures and food free from oil butter choclate and all that junk.. chips,soda is a big no no
if you follow this am sure you wll certainly get a good shape
