Exclamation Bloating

Hello Everyone

Until 4 weeks back - I was 17 Kgs over weight and TTC . I was very busy with a deliverable at work. Do you hear an excuse
Then, until 2 weeks back, I was busy with my PMP Prep
Now, officially a PMP but at home with a fractured right leg. Walking is a strict no except for bare esentially. Sitting at home with absolutely no exercise is bloating me up.

Please give me your suggestions to stay healthy

Hi kashvya,

sorry to hear abt your fracture. How did this happen??I hope you did celebrate your PMP certification success before this happened.

You should first take care to cure your leg. I mean doc must hv prescribed some calcium too i suppose. As vahee mentioned, try to eat moderate foods during this time. Many years ago, my mom also met with an accident and her back(spine) was mildly fractured and she was under my care. I used to avoid all kinds of fried foods and give more fruits all the time.
This is a very crucial time as you have to eat and also eat moderately in order to get cured and at the same time not put on weight. Better to check your weight every week till you get cured so that you can monitor what you eat.
Hope this helps :)
