I am planning to invest in a motorised treadmill,could somebody suggest me which one to buy and has it benefitted you in investing in one..Please share your views.

Good decision to buy threadmill... Instead of walking go for jogging in it , so that you can see difference. IF we do walking in the thread mill we can nicely maintain.

i'm not aware of threadmill brands in india... here in dubai i bought motorised and using it for past 3 yrs. if you use it regular sure its benifitted. all the best...

As Shvap told thread mill is a very good investment in terms of weight loss,where u can have a track pf how many cal u burn in a day.Pl Jog in it instead of walking .On reagrd to the brand sorry I'm not sure if its avl in India.
