I am just sending you a diet plan that my Sis-in-Law followed. 6.30 AM: On waking up take 2 glass of luke warm water Walk for about 20 minutes 7.00 AM: Take lemon and 1 spoon honey in warm water 8.30 AM: Take an apple or 1 bowl of wheat flakes or 1 spoon oats boiled in 1 cup water with 200 ml low fat milk. 11.00 AM: 2 glasses of buttermilk or some salad 1.00 PM: 2 chappatis with 1 cup dhal or subji. Take salad with lunch and take a glass of buttermilk. 4.00 PM: 2 Wheat bread or 1 cup puffed rice or 2 digestive biscuits. 5.00 PM : coffee or tea 7.00 PM: 1 cup sprout, some salad and raita. Food to avoid: High calorie food, like ice cream, cakes etc. Soft drinks Fried and junk food You can accommodate an exercise regime in the day, as per your convenience. Please also look at kichuappa´s diet in same forum The amount of weight that a person loses in about 10 days depends on a lot of factors. If it is about 1 kg or say 2 kgs it is quite feasible. | Hi First of all congrats on your engagement. Try walking for 40 to 60 mins in the morning (on empty stomach). Initially the weight loss will be high esp if you are not used to walking. Have fruits for breakfast and have 1 cup rice (divide this portion for sambhar/curd) with veges and eat only fruits again for dinner. I think loosing 2 kgs in one week initially won't be difficult. This is just a slightly modified version of Kitchuppa's diet. Even in this the key is DO NOT eat before 9 am or after 6 pm. All the best. And I am sure you can easily lose 10 to 12 kgs before Feb. Come back after you engagement and start dieting strictly with us. |
