I try my best to follow it most of the days. Weekdays are a huge success since I dont deviate from the routine..like you know have lunch properly at the same time, get up at the same time, take same amount everyday for lunch etc. But I am still working on making this plan work for the weekends too. I get so lazy during the weekends!!
And I workout 30 minutes religiously everyday. Weekends I manage 60 minutes of walking (30 in the mornings as usual and 30 mins in the evenings).
You know I am so glad I joined all you guys. In these 3 months that I have been dieting, I have lost around 18 lbs!! And I am so glad knowing that it wont come back again as long as I eat healthy! And eating healthy is becoming a habit. It is not as difficult as I thought it would be. Ofcourse there are bad days..but that too passes off!
