How r u?I'm thinking for 1/2gm diet+1/2amma's diet .4 days gm diet & 3 days amma's diet.Please give me opinion.

Tht's really a good idea... even one friend in GM diet followed this method already...

coz in GM diet the first 4 days plays a very imp role... the last 3 days we dont loose much weight. so its better to follow first 4 days.

why dont you come to that thread yar? there are many ladies who are doing the same thing and motivating each other. welcome to that thread too. you are doing a good job.

4days GM diet and 3 days Kitchuppa's diet. But take care of your health. you should not go weak. All the Best girls.

Hi Ladies,
I m new to IL and have been going thro this thread .Let me pour in my thoughts.
I reduced 22 LBS which is almost 10 to 11 kgs but it took me solid 6 Months to come to that weight and stay in it till.
Diet and Ex is the method to obtain it.
GM or Diet only way of reducing is for the people who cannot workout due to their body weight or age but when young people should be a strict diet that soes not mean only Fruots or Vegetables Diet means a balanced diet conatins high protein,Fiber and Carbos . Carbos are essential since we need energy for our daily activities.
Even I have tried GM diet but later realised sweating is the only way to reduce and maintain it.
I never allow my Mom to do GM diet but at the same time I even dont allow her to ex like how I do for aged people a good diet and brisk walking is enough.
People when you are young please do cardio which is cycling,jogging not walking to reduce.
Regarding the Diet plan dont take any solid foods for Dinner take fruits for dinner it will help you a lot.
Always remember No gains without pains.

welcome to IL. what you said is true. exercise along with workouts really help. actually that's what we followed through krishnaamma diet. Main secret is dinner and exercise.

I also agree with ur thought.WITHOUT HARD EXERCIESE FAT'LL NOT MOVE FROM THE BODY.
