| Hi, Dear vahee- Thanks for reducing one work(soaking). How will you eat without soaking? How much you will take? | Hi friends, I'm too much surprised with my new diet.I lost 2 kg in 2 day.I made a little change I'm taking 50 gm broken wheat+25gm green mug dal & cooked with a little salt by adding more water.I cooked in a cooker.I ate this preparation with yoghurt.I'm taking noramal yoghurt.Now i'm thinking for law fat yoghurt.For 2 day i forgot to take methi in the morning.Today i started.I'm also taking tea 2 time with 1 small spoon sugar.I'm thinking now totally stop sugar.I'm taking hot water at regular interval not immediately after food 1/2 hr after food.One thing i'm taking homeopathic medicine which i boght before & stop i have 5 month stock i started now The medicine name isSLIM & TRIM(CONTAINS PHYTOBERRY) very chip medicine.O k friends bye take care. |
