Priya 10kgs in a yr is not at all big deal... even with simple diets u can loose 2-4 kgs in a month... in that way if u think ur target weight is not too far... all the best...

hi....

avoid oil and fat items... be regular in ur workouts exercise is very imp to loose weight... exercise with proper dieting gives good result...... sure can reach ur target... all the best...

I will first check my exact weight and then set goals for each weak so that it will work for a long run.

Hi Susi,
Start Krishnaamma's diet plan new one not a g m diet another one.I change a little.she told to take 75 gm rice But i'm taking 50 gm broken wheat & 25 gm green mug dal & cook ina water with a little salt.& after cooking i add law fat yoghurt & i enjoyed my lunch nicely.i also add 1 cucumber & some raw cabbage also in my salad dish no salt. That's all.Ramdev baba a big yogi he also recommand this type of food for fat people.I'll follow Krishnaamma's planfor night.I'll take tea with little sugar.I'll send u perfect plan tomorrow.

If we follow as Vahee suggested it's not hard to reach our goal. The week i follow vahee's suggestions i can see the result.

with you all along with me, i can do better. I have to lose 18 kgs.

Come on friends, lets do it sincerely. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by october 25th.

good to know ur diet.... make sure u limit ur dinner with fruits and workouts is must... all the best...

u can visit the other thread where other frnds keep posting their daily diet chart... which might give u an idea wht everyone has during their weight loss journey... here is the sample diet chart which everyone just fill in and post on daily basis who follow diet... once in a week they check their weight...
