let me help you here a bit, why don't you atart writing a diary about your daily eating habits, breakfast, lunch, dinner andanything in between you have had. Try todrink at least 2.5 litresof water daily.
Now goand check out gyms in your area, talk to the instructors, if they have aerobics join i, aerobics is a very good cardio vascular exerciseit exersices theentire body and also emphasize that you need more of stomach exercise,after that theywilldogood stretching.
They would also give you a freeclass to attend to see how it is check out if allthe gym give you afree class to attend and andif you are paying for the month the dys that don't haveaerobics do the treadmill and tell the trainer to make a program for you and help you with it and he monitors you.
Do this first and DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK SILL Y QUESTIONS, THE TRAINERS ARE THERE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. You will also make friends at the gym, you will be able to motivate each other.
My motivation is my sister and my group of friend, my sister and i go to the gym together do aerobics and training together and we motivate each other.
Why don;t you go out and check out the gyms.
