| hi ... apart from diet plan y dont u go vth some workouts these are workouts tht i saw in IL some time back they r really very useful thr r also some abdomen workouts u can go thr them and also situps are good to reduce lower abdomen |

| The only word is work out. It really helps. Inspire your self if you don't want to work out. What is your goal. Look forward to that goal and if you don't feel like working out, think about the goal. That is how I do it. |
