Walking 30 to 45 minutes does help. consistency and regularity are very important

hi all,

i run on the treadmill for 15mins then i go for the aerobic class, running or joggin helpsa lot you tend to lose weight fast on the lower part of your stomach and your lower parts as wwell, i have noticed a change in my body too. also concerntrate on your ab's exercises as well try to do 4different types of abs of 40each

HI alpha..

i keep reading all ur posts .. you seem to be a regular person who goes to gym i guess.. can you please point out the exact abs exercise... i have succeed in my weight loss but still doing abs exercise. would be helpful if you could suggest anything very effective...(post pregnancy tummy)

Hi frnds,

I do walking,brisk walk and more or less jogging..Now I walk 5 kms in 45 minutes..and I had seen huge change in my lower abdomen and hip region where all the fat has melted away and my hips has got shrinked to get new look..

In my view regular brisk walk n jog shows more effect than anyother excercise because it helps to reduce weight in all over the body..

HI Ladies,

Recently I bought the rope exercise kit through tele-shopping costing just Rs.375.00. This rope kit helps me in making the leg and stomach exercises perfect in position. Over the past 2 weeks, I have seen very good improvement in reducing the little extra fat in thighs, lowerabdomen and upper hands. Morever it also supports blood circulation to backbone verywell. Everyday I spend 15-20 mins exericising indoor.


This is a damn cheap kit compared to GYM equipments and power consumption costs.

I am 5.2 in height and 56Kgs. I want to reduce 10 Kg tell me whether this will help me

I will run for 15 min inside my room itself and 25 sit ups is this enough for me to reduce weight.

HI vindhya...

Slowly increase your workouts .... apart from that you need to concentrate on your diet... increase your water intake... min 3 ltrs of hot water daily... no solid foods for dinner only fruits... hope this helps...
