Hello San Ravi,

I could try to help youout here. Has your doctor asked you to consult a dietician? Please send me a PM with your daily food intake schedule , so i can see what you need to modify.

If you put your mind to it, you can loose weight. no problems. But please do stay away from the FAD diets.

hi vandhana

thanks for ur reply
my doctor didnt mention any dietician, he jus said that i have to reduce at least 10 to 15 lbs...
and by the way wat is that PM and FAD..

i dont follow a strict diet as such.

but since my husband keeps on insisting me in following a proper healthy diet, i am making chapatis regularly, in sucah a way i make rice twice or thrice a week. and we dont eat rice in night too for past 4 months min. we played tennis in summer for 2 mnths where i seem to lose weight, then agn since i am not practising it regularly, i gained back.

it will be gud if u suggest me a diet regime.

looking at ur technical questions u seems to be a dietician or doctor ??

waiting for ur reply eagerly!!!!

Hi Sanravi,
If you take fruits and vegetables only for one meal, it is filling and low calories too. But, when you are taking the above, you should not combine with rice or wheat. It will increase the weight. What I try to say is uncooked vegetables and natural fruits will help to reduce excess body weight.
