| Hi friends After my delivary with my second kid i gained a lot of weight.After that i was on strict diet and reduced a considerable amount of weight. But not reached my goal weight. My problem is food craving. Sometimes I am so bad that I cant wait to eat something spicy. and let me make a big confession. While i am feeding my kids rice ( usually with lot of ghee and very tasty) i cant wait to have 2 or 3 spoons in the middle. what ever i feed them i just put a little amount in my mouth. I don't how to stop that. see left over poptarts, icecream, curd rice etc etc. Hey! can anyone tell me how to stop that. i dont work and stay home with my kids. i feel i am doing this due to boredom. i dont drive so i cant go out. I just want to know do anyone of you face this problem? how can i stop that..how can i be more determined..please tell me.. . After i eat i feel so sorry...i keep counting the calories and say . But no use i know that. and one more thing i got to say..i make coffee with no fat milk but to make it little more tasty i put 2 spoons of half-and-half milk yummy! but no... I hate myself for doing so...but cant stop to do that...help me Hey ! its nice to say out whats in your heart thanks to this forum. |

| Hi sudhirakumar, I saw your thread. dont worry it happens to every body. dont laugh, you eat first and then feed your kids, when you are hungry you will not control yourself. so try this. Or otherwise, drink lots of hot water before you feed your kids. so your stomach will be full and you will not tempted to eat with them. or eat with them. so that you dont wait for them to finish. then the important thing is dont eat leftover food at all. let it be waste. our stomach is not a dustbin ( sorry to use this hard word) to put all the unwanted things.ok? try these tips and let me know. and let us wait for someothers reply. |

| Hi sudhirakumar, I second Krishnamma mam's advice. As she said you eat first and then feed the kid. Likewise drink something either juice or water then and then so that you dont look over for munching junk snacks. Liquids gives you tummy full feel and healthy also.Eat on time thatz important. If you drink hot water squeeze very few drops of lemon juice and drink it. helps in digesting and the flavour is also good. Dont add salt or sugar to it. |
