I read few forums in this and really those are very helpful. I have one doubt, I saw so many people are having lower abdominal fat generally right, but I got upper abdominal fat too.. How to reduce that? I have started exercises, but I am not going for walk, that thing I need to plan. I am staying in a hostel , so I am not taking my food properly, this is one more reason. So could any one please suggest me how to readuce tummy? and one more thing going for spot reduction(in VLCC or Anoos) is it advisable? Please suggest me I need to reduce it as soon as possible..

Hi IS,
Going to Anoos/Vlcc will not help because they charge very high rates for tummy tucks per sitting. If at all you are willing, try a couple of sessions and you will know what they are upto. THey do not guarantee any toning up of your abdomen after the tucks, if at all you dont get the desired results. They would simply say your body metabolism is not responding to our treatment...so take more sessions (extracting money trick !!).
These slimming centres charge @ Rs. 500 (not sure) for each tummy tuck sitting and they would recommend as per your requirement. They do oil massage on tummy for 10mins and apply thermo pack and then rub it off. Instead you can enquire at any local beauty parlor and get the same massage done for rs.100 to rs.200.Any massage will not show result unless you do some physical exercises.
Coming to your abdominal fat, if you want guaranteed but maybe, slow results then follow a good diet combined with exercises targeting your tummy. Do more ab-exercises regularly on empty stomach in the morning. Try to have honey with warm water daily.Increase your water intake.
Hope this helps.
Vani.
