Hi im 23 year old. my height 157cm n weight 43 kg. please answer me how to gain weight in three months. 10q

make a regim for yourself..with the below

eat high protein and high carb foods...
soak almonds and peel them and eat them every morning...
milk with honey will help in gaining weight...
eating bananas at night will help in gaining weight..
also try to go to gym atleast 3 times in a week and do some weight lifting ...do this gym routine for 1 month and then stop...

ensure that you eat rajma, chana, whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables and fruit juices...also paneer (cottage cheese..)

if you want the easy way....eat 1 cadburys big size chocolate daily...and also cheese pizza atleast once in a week...do this for 1 month and check your weight.. :)

we try to reduce weight by restricting our dinner... so i guess if u have a good dinner u can put on weight... have a good dinner... like full meal... if u r non-vegetarian... eat mutton... u'll put on weight... especially dinner u eat non-veg...

its very easy to put on weight.... all the best...

This was the suggestion given by our friend Krishnamma she is on vacation so i'm givng the tips which was given by her...

I think putting weight is the easiest job in the world. I can give you many suggestions you can follow which suits you.
1. Take Milk with honey in the night.

2. Take Complan or Amul Sakti with milk every day. (If you take Complan regularly before you finish the ½ kg tin you will put weight about 2 kgs.)
3. Take Cashew nuts more.
4. Take Cream, cheese, cakes, Ice cream, Cho.
5. Take Potato in any form. (Chips, Finger fries etc.,)
6. Take fried items.
7. Take curd instead butter milk.
8. Take junk foods.
9. Keep taking some snacks in between meals.
10 You can use date syrup with milk.
11. Take more bananas.
12. Enjoy taking as much Sweet and milk product as possible.
