| Hi preeti I am here too actually i started long before i saw the article in IL y u know? Because i have ostreo Arthritis the doctors advised me to loose weight. i have to loose nearly 15kg now i am taking ayurvedic treatment and almost i lost 4 kg since october Now i am on strict diet and slow walking everyday at home because i am not allowed to exercise which will give more pain on my knee joints. Then i am taking cereal drinks as my breakfast and sometimes lunch also the same I cut short my rice intake. more vegetables only weekly twice only i am taking rice(during week ends) regards santha ![]() |

| I have a doubt re:the GM diet.On the rice &tomato day,are we to take 1 cup of rice only once,and do we split the 6 tomatoes into 2-3 times?Isn't anything else allowed ?And on the milk and bananas day,how many glasses of milk?Any coffee or tea? |

Support group for losing weight Revert back if ur doubt still persists ! No coffe/tea during the diet program ! Rice take it only once a day ! Tomatoes - split the total no of tomatoes into 2-3 per set and eat each set after a break. Love, Preethi |

| Dear Deepa, Just oil free diet is not enough. Do simple exercises, it'll help you lose fast. Many have mentioned different types of exercises in these. Go through them and see which method you'll like to try. Stretching your body in the morning time , when your stomach is empty will help lots and this has been my experiance. So try it out.
