I had been struggling to loose weight for the past 4yrs after my delivery.... Almost tried all types of dieting, i was able to manage but cud'nt reduce... i can even tell stubborn weight...

"Kitchuppa's diet Plan"...I lost nearly 8kgs of weight and back to perfect form... thnx to Krishnaamma who opened the thread (new diet chart with my experience) and made this possible.... Also i thnx all the friends who supported me in our diet team......
so friends... anyone who wanna loose their weight without much dieting can follow this... coz i enjoyed my weeknds during this dieting period... but still managed to loose weight...
Main secret or tips what i found thru this diet was... 1. Try to drink lot of hot water especially b4 and after each meal..... 2. Dinner only fruits.... 3. some exercise or walking daily.... SAMPLE DIET CHART DATE | JULY 2 |
EARLY MORNING | Fenugreek with warmwater & honey with warm water |
BREAKFAST | oats with salt |
MID DAY MEAL | Biscuits or crackers.... |
LUNCH | chappati or rice with any gravy |
EVENING SNACK | any snack like biscuits, crackers, moongdal, groundut..etc... but little in quantity... |
DINNER | apple & orange |
TOTAL WATER INTAKE FOR THE DAY | 3 ltrs... hot water only |
WORKOUT FOR THE DAY: | 20 mins tread mill
kapalpathi 50 counts for abs
sit ups (just sit touch the ground & get up) 50 counts...
floor exercise for abs |
