Succesfully lost weight thru "Kitchuppa's diet Plan"

    HI VAhee and Flory,

    Thanks for the info,

    yesterday i had

    morning -warm water with lemon and honey

    BF -Oats wit curd and lemon pickle

    Mid morning -Tea

    AF - Rice with rasam and cabbage vegetable

    Eveving- Tea

    Dinner -2 idli with sambar and chuttney

    Excercise 1 hr walking and water intale 10 glass of warm and cold water mixed :(

    IS this fine please give me your suggestion.

    everything is fine, good amount of water intake... great about your exercise too... but dinner should be fruits... in case if you wanna have something else have a very early dinner that's from 6.30 -7 and around 9 have some fruits and go for sleep... the main secret of this diet is to restrict the dinner only with fruits or salads without dressing...

    when youa re doing 1 hr walking , try to do atleast 10 mins jogging in that you can feel lot of difference... try slowly ... all the best...

    i wasn't doing since from month..was so busy with moving ..
    but daily i used to see forum daily ..atleast i can control starving
    after watching all want to start again.yesterday only i started again
    hope this time won't get any break.

    i don't like drinking much water.

    9:00 3 small idli dosas with podi but 2-3 drops of oil in each dosa
    12:00 cooked moong with cracked ,tomatoes n onion
    3:00 apple
    6:30 4 small rotis with tindoora curry

    2-3 lts of water including green tea
    45 of exercise - abs crunches n someother workout no name will find out

    diet for 7/9/09

    No diet today only fruits ,hot water with lemon n honey and green tea.

    Hi Vahee,
    I have problem, I have lost good amount of weight now and some of my old dress are fitting me well. BUT the fat in my hands na is remaining the same. Still the dress fits me correctly my hand is very tight. Why I am not losing weight in my hands. My fingers are looking thin...not my hands... Should I do some exercise. I dont know I explained my problem well to you.

    Secret is very simple! DRINK PLENTY PLENTY OF WATER and FRUITS FOR DINNER! you will have a great beautiful skin too!

    Hi shiri... good to see you here with confidence.. drinking water is very important... try to get a sipper bottle it really helps , i learnt to drink water like that only.... all the best in your weight loss journey...

    Yup that's the main secret of this diet.... ya heard about this weight in hands... take two water bottle of equal weight and exercise... if i could get the list will post... but this is one simple and basic exercise try it...

    its really very good to know your dresses are fitting, that's really a great going:clap:clap:clap
