Hi Devi,
1. Regarding water, you get this hot water kettle's I got one of them and heat water in the morning, luckily for me I have one such at office too. So once in the morning as I heat the water, I leave it to cool for sometime and take one glass of warm water along with Methi seeds, after 2 minutes I take another glass of warm water. Initially I had problem just like you regarding hot water, I dont take them hot I take them between hot and warm temp. Once you begin to drink hot water know, you will begin to feel too good and then you will remain only with hot water and wont prefer cold water.
2. After 10 minutes, I would have made the decoation of honey water along with lime. If you get the propositions right this water tastes really good. More than tasting good...woow it really really helps.
3. By the time I am ready for office, as soon as i enter office I will drink 2 full glass of hot water.
4. then after 15 minutes, I take breakfast which included oats with slim milk(strictly) I added no sugar I know it will taste awfully, but I kept in mind my target to lose weight hence was able to gulp it down

Sometime if I get bored of Oats then I have taken 2 idlis with SAMBAR ONLY so far I have tried only this I havent moved to anyother becoz most of them are oil based.
2. In between BF and Lunch I would have taken nearly 4 glasses of water and 2 glasses of green tea with no sugar at all.
3. I strictly kept my lunch time to be 12.00 or 12.15, I would have 2 roti with dal.
(After Lunch and before 5pm I would have taken 2 more cups of green tea and nearly 4 glasses of water)
4. I would take one bowl of cucumber or one fruit at 4.00pm.
5. At 5 I would actually feel very tired becoz i am getting back home after work, before leaving office I take atleast 2 glasses of water So i kind of feel better.
6. At home not after 7pm, I complete my dinner I would take either 1 orange or 1 apple along with a bowl of salad (Cucumbers, Tomatoes only) with may be or may not be one cup of slim milk with no sugar.
I havent taken no Tea/ coffee no sugar no rice no sweets nothing, no meat, no fattening substances.
Now for the big news, Exercise is something I could hardly do. House chores would be so much that I dont get time for all this. The only exercise I did was, in a day that I am at office, I will ensure that I climb up and down 3 floors of stairs for 5 times. Alternative Hours. Thats all I have done as exercise, nothing else at all.
For ppl at office who find it hard to do these things, they way it helped me was I would set reminders on my outlook to drink water, to climb stairs, to eat fruits. So I did not skip any of this.
The second major thing I did was, I will ensure I will log into this forum for 4 times in a day. Now that is wat boosted my spirit so much. I will check on Fitness link and see all that PPL have written. People like Vahee's answers to each of their queries are such a inspiration to me. I keep reading I keep reading and then I am like geared up again. More than dieting I feel the secret to weight lose is ppl in this Forum, for me my best buddy is Vahee

This forum and Pppl are angels in disguise for ppl like me.
