Hi Krishnamma & Shvap,
Please count me too in the list.......iam weighing 70 kgs and iam 5 ' 6 , Iam been following some diet plans but wasn't a active member the reason for iam been carried away for those fried foods and chocolates. And this added pounds have put me out of shape and iam feeling bad among peers.......
Please help me a way out as to how can one be strict enough to follow the rules.Your diet chart sounds awesome. i shall start the same from tomorrow.AUGUST 1st
lets hope for the best ....

Congrats....am gng to follow the plan n hope to have the same result as yours. am giving myself 60days of time....hope that shd be good....i have my baby who is 12 weeks old....i have to do this....Friends please support me.....

Morning: lemonjuice
Breakfast: Tea+ Bread omlette or any tiffin
Mid snack: buttermilk or fruit
Lunch: 2 chappatis (weekly once i will hv some rice)+curry+buttermilk
Everning snack: 2marie bisuits+Tea.
Before going to gym: Buttermilk or cerals with milk
Dinner: fruits+lassi.
WORKOUT:30 TO 45 MINS.
WATER: 2 TO 3 LTRS (i need to increase more)
Plz.. ladies u can advice meif u think i need to change in my diet ur opinins r welcome.

Hi sudha,
sorry for delay and vahee already answered your question and she is correct. so try to take lots of hot water. otherwise your chart is too good. please come to that thread so that you can see many like you inclucding me.

welcome to our group. dont worry, come to that thread and you can see many ladies like you. we all are following the diet and getting the results. so you can try and continue it. I think you would have started the diet and let me know about the results. Vahee is on vacation and surely she will reply when she see your post.
to follow this diet no need to be ;a active member just gothrough the diet plan and start that is all. If you start reducing surely you will get interest and you will start posting your experience and diet chart to us.
please come to that thread and post your diet plans and many will give you useful tips.

welcome to this thread. dont worry 60days is not a short period for this diet plan. from the first week you can see good results.  Just go through the diet plan under my signature and start the diet. the key points are only fruits and milk for dinner,
drink lots of hot water (as much as you can),
do some exercise . that is all.
check your weight and after a week surely you would have reduced some lbs.

Hi friends,
Im glad to share with everyone that i have reduced 5 lbs in 3 weeks thru kitchuppa's diet.I have also lost in inches around my tummy. Diet and exercise is the key to weight loss. Here eating fruits for dinner is the key.
Anyone who wish to loose weight can join the team and get benefitted.Its fun losing weight this way and we dont feel the burden at all.
We have many friends around who will motivate us throughout and correct our diet if we need any changes.

Hi dietlites,
I lost 5.2 kgs in exactly one month..I followed the diet what kishnamma has suggested and walked daily 4 to 5 kms..thatīs it..Isnīt it easy??
Here goes mine chart.. MY DIET PLAN MORNING | Honey and 1 spoon of lemon juice with warm water+1 glass of normal warm water. | BREAKFAST | OATS roasted thn cooked with water by adding some salt and spices + 5 almonds+1 cup green tea | MID DAY MEAL | Some fruit or biscuit or salad or tea(sometimes only) | LUNCH | 2 Chapathis with curry, 50 gms noodles or soya upma or oat upma or soaked soya beans or if not rice..I add 2 kinds of vegetables either carrot,Potato,Peas,cauliflwr etc(50 to 100gms)..1 spoon oil and I make it spicy..+Buttermilk of lowfat yoghurt | EVENING | Green Tea with 2 marie Biscuits | DINNER | Apple or salad or 1 cup milk with raisins | WATER INTAKE | 1.5 to 2, warm to hot,unable to drink more,,should try.. | EXCERCISE | Walking for 40 min for abt 4 to 5 kms in the morning, if weather is pleasant thn in the evening also..(at least 3 to 4times in a week) |
