Namastey!
I am keen in learning yoga & intend to do it on a regular basis. Surfing thru' the net I have been able to get the process & techniques... some even from Bharat Thakur's & Ramdev Baba's book. I was wondering if I could get some help by someone who practises yoga regularly, in finding
a routine..... as in an order to perform various asanas... when do I perform which asana? I get very confused just looking at all of them visually....

Which comes first... standing ones or seated ones or lying ones or bended backs.....

.... then what?????
I know having someone teach yoga does make a lot of difference than doing it on your own. I hope to join some class in Bombay during my vacation, but till then.... some help from my IL-ladies????
