would like to join yoga classes

Hello,
I was not able to reduce my tummy after my c-section. I am a bit late ( my daughter is 1.5 yrs old now) but would like to join some yoga classes to reduce the same. Please suggest any good yoga centres near thiruvanmayoor area.

You are talking about Thiruvanmiyoor chennai ? in that case my Guruji ( Sundareshwar) runs classes there.. I am not too sure of the exact location

If you are interested let me know ..

there is also one at venkatratnam nagar, and one at Gandhi nagar

Thanks for your reply. Yes I am looking out for yoga classes in Thiruvanmayoor, Chennai only. The other 2 places you mentioned also comes near thiruvanmayoor only I guess. Please let me know the details.

Guruji runs classes in the morning at between 6.00 and 7.00 ( I do not know if there are beginners classes later during the day). he is away and I shall check with him on his return.

The classes are near St Michaels Academy. If you can meet me, I shall introduce you to Guruji.

One of Guruji's old student is running classes near Coffee day at Venkatratnam Nagar( opp Maverick).. right next to the Ganesha temple.

You could enquire there too ..

Hello Bhooma,
I am working and is staying alone as of now with my daughter. I will be able to attend the classes after letting her go to the day care only. The convenient timings will be between 8:30 am - 10 am and also around 6 pm in the evening. Could you please enquire the timings from your guruji once he is back. If it is conveninet for him I would like to meet him along with you. Meanwhile I will check out the yoga classes near Coffee day also.
