How r u feeling now... centum result.... hope ur worries are gone... coz ystrdy night u were not able to sleep... i guess today u will have a good sleep... this week we can even achieve more... coz we got more tips...
i would like to inform thr is one new comer to this group none other than my hubby seeing the result.. he said he will join with me in this diet from this week....

Hi krishnaamma and vahee... read your posts.. so motivating to read that you both are happy with my results and you care so much for me...  u didnt sleep well last night krishnaamma... take rest now...
I didnt take chapthi or rice today.. my feast day today so had only 2 chicken pieces and fish(nethli) fry.... and had lots of water... evening i wil have some cabbage soup and buttermilk.. for night will be fruits...
