Hello Everyone,
My height is 5-2" and I weigh 63 kgs..
Throughout my life, I've been slim.. with arnd 52-55 kgs...I have never done any excercise and used to eat moderately.. may be the busy life in Mumbai compensated for the excercise... but since I've shifted to Hyd that is around 2 years back... I have put on almost 10 kgs.. may be due to eating out.. I used to stay in a hostel for a long time.. so didnt have an option of eating healthy.. I have recently shifted to a flat with a frnd...so hope to control my food intake..
I've tried joining gym twice before.. but used to give up within a month,... Nothing wud keep me motivated Rant
But now....Inspired by all the posts in this forum .. I have started dieting and do some Yoga excercises at home.. Its been 2 weeks now and I have already started feeling better
I have modified Krishnamma's diet plan a bit...
Early morning : Honey + Cinnamon tea
Breakfast : Cornflakes (without sugar) or Oats with milk
Mid Morning(in office) : Lemon Tea or 2 biscuits (optionally.. only if I feel hungry)
Lunch : 3 phulkas with Curry and curd (optional)
Evening : Coffee
Night : Fruits or Vegetable salad + Buttermilk
Since I am not an avid water drinker.. I try a lot and manage to have 8 glasses of hot water daily
Excercies : 30-45 mins of Yoga excercises including situps, stretches,abs & leg excercises and Pranayama (Anulom vilom and Kapalabhaati)
Please let me know if I need to add or remove something from my diet ..
And also help me be motivated to continue this routine
